SRGII stays current with the latest local, state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to environmental services. We assist clients in all aspects of regulatory assessments and compliance management by providing comprehensive interdisciplinary analyses, engineering and scientific capabilities, along with legal and regulatory expertise. NEPA/HEPA Environmental Analysis and Planning

Focused literature and field research to determine baseline conditions; analytical impact assessment by issue area (e.g. ecological, socioeconomic, and cultural); construction of alternatives, preparation of Environmental Assessments (EA) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS); mitigation measures and mitigation monitoring plans to satisfy client needs and regulatory compliance; presentation of technical information to agency decision makers and the public; public participation and community involvement; and environmental planning through the NEPA process (e.g. NEPA-compliant Integrated Resource Management Plans)

Consultation and Analysis

Data collection and analysis reports; analysis of options; management plans; economic, technical and risk analyses in support of environmental needs; agency consultation; mitigation and monitoring; material for public meetings and hearings; and incorporating community and other stakeholder concerns and values using participatory processes

Permitting and Compliance

Determination of required permits and agency requirements; environmental regulation interpretation; compliance assessment; preparation and submittal of permits and supporting technical documentation; regulatory permits and compliance; feasibility analysis reports; and economic, technical and risk analyses in support of environmental needs.
